Export VAT Return - Excel and PDF
1) Once a VAT return is generated, you can Export the report in either Excel or PDF format.
2) You can export to Excel - this creates a file with the filled in VAT return and includes all transactions and exceptions.
3) This is a sample of how the report will appear in Excel format.
4) You have 2 separate tabs for the Detailed VAT Return and for the Exceptions report. This is a sample of the Detailed VAT Return tab.
5) You can Export in PDF version - this creates a file with the filled in VAT return.
6) This is a sample of how the report will appear in PDF format.
Export Transactions
1) You can export the Transactions separately, without the VAT Return report included. You need to go to the Transactions tab.
2) You will need to click on Export Transactions which will export in Excel format.

Export User and Notes Activity
All activity during the return process, including user action logs and added notes, can be exported.
1) When you have chosen the return, you can click on the Activity button on the right-side menu.
2) You can see all the user action logs and notes on the side panel where you can also Export Activity in an Excel file.
