This guide offers step-by-step instructions for managing user permissions within an account.
1) Click the Users icon and click on the name you want to adjust permissions.
2) Click the Access Rights button to grant users access to entities, allowing them to view and create submissions.
3) Toggle the Yes/No button next to each entity to give/revoke access.
4) You can choose the Select All toggle to give/revoke access to all entities. You can Close the tab to automatically save.
Advanced User Permissions
You may assign advanced permissions to specific users / managers to help with managing the account.
5) Manage Entities.
When choosing this option, the user will be able to:
- add new entities
- edit existing ones (such as assigning a friendly name)
- disconnect an entity
- view usage and properties
6) Manage Users
When choosing this option, the user will be able to:
- add new users and resend invites
- view login history
- assign permissions & rights
- delete users
