Assign user permissions


This guide offers step-by-step instructions for managing user permissions within an account.

1) Click the Users icon and click on the name you want to adjust permissions.


2) Click the Access Rights button to grant users access to entities, allowing them to view and create submissions.



3) Toggle the Yes/No button next to each entity to give/revoke access.



4) You can choose the Select All toggle to give/revoke access to all entities. You can Close the tab to automatically save.



Manage Entities and Users toggles


Manage Entities: When choosing this option, the user will be able to:
  1. add new entities
  2. edit existing ones (such as assigning a friendly name)
  3. disconnect an entity
  4. view usage and properties


Manage Users: When choosing this option, the user will be able to:
  1. add new users and resend invites
  2. view login history
  3. assign permissions & rights
  4. delete users

Advanced user permissions

Info
You may assign advanced permissions to specific users / managers to help with managing the account.

Once you have generate.TAX open, go to the Users tab and click on the 3 dots next to the user you want to change permissions.

 

Click on Access rights option from the menu.

 

You can choose the entities for which they should have access and then you can add and remove the specific permissions per entity.
By clicking Apply the changes are saved only to that entity, and when clicking on Apply to All the permissions will be replicated to all entities.
You can Close the tab to automatically save.
