This guide provides a step-by-step process for disconnecting a Xero organization.

1) Navigate to the Entities page

2) Click on the entity you wish to remove from generate.TAX.

3) Click on the Disconnect button.

4) You can disconnect an entity from generate.TAX however in some cases, before reconnecting you may need to remove it from the Xero Connected apps in your Xero settings.

5) Click Disconnect next to all instances of generate.TAX.

6) Finalise the step to disconnect the app.

7) You may now repeat the steps to reconnect the entity.
