Disable 2-factor authentication

This guide explains how to disable 2-factor authentication on your generate.TAX account.

Warning
We do not recommend turning off this additional security unless you have changed your phone and need to regenerate the QR Code.

1) Go to your profile.



2) Scroll to the Multi-factor authentication section and change the toggle button to Off.



3) The MFA has been Disabled on the account.
